How You'll Make an Impact:

As an Assurance Scheduling Coordinator for our Assurance Services division in Miami, you'll juggle various responsibilities in a dynamic setting. Your role involves coordinating staff and client schedules to boost efficiency and meet client demands. This position plays a key role in setting work priorities, ensuring smooth operations, and handling routine tasks such as:

  • Establishing and overseeing staff schedules
  • Being the primary contact for scheduling matters
  • Tracking staff productivity and managing workload requirements
  • Mapping out work sequences and timelines
  • Maintaining an updated staff scheduling database
  • Reassigning tasks as necessary to balance workloads and address time-sensitive issues
  • Proactively spotting areas for enhancement and devising action plans to optimize scheduling and capacity
  • Collaborating with management and operations to address scheduling challenges

What Skills You'll Need:

  • Knowledge of standard practices, procedures, and concepts in the financial services sector
  • Prior experience in Accounting and Advisory services
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions
  • Effective communication across all levels of the organization, from support staff to senior management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines

How to Stand Out:

  • 3-5 years of Audit experience, preferably in a CPA Firm
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime hours
  • Fluency in more than one language is a plus
