Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

As a Crew Scheduler Coordinator at Global Crossing Airlines, you will be responsible for:

  • Opening scheduling operations using the crew scheduling shift checklist to ensure all operational control functions are ready to perform.
  • Monitoring the RAIDO computer system to ensure crewmember duty time limitations and training qualifications are met.
  • Tracking flight duty and rest activity to ensure compliance with 14 CFR Part 117 and 14 CFR Part regulations.
  • Entering and editing all crewmember changes in the RAIDO computer system on a day-to-day basis.
  • Monitoring and tracking crews in conjunction with the on-duty Dispatcher.
  • Ensuring no crewmember is scheduled for duty without complete training records.
  • Monitoring daily operations crew legalities.
  • Sending travel, hotel, and car rental arrangements requests to the Crew Travel Coordinator for coordination and purchase.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in 14 CFR 117 and Regulations.
  • Understanding of the flight crew working environment.
  • Detail-oriented skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Fluency with various computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Quick learning skills and ability to be assertive.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in the English language.
  • Team player skills.
  • Ability to obtain necessary security clearances.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this role include:

  • Talking or hearing regularly.
  • Standing, walking, using hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reaching with hands and arms frequently.
  • Sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling occasionally.
  • Lifting and moving up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally.
