We\u2019re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Home-based Scheduling Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you\u2019ll play a pivotal role in coordinating travel itineraries, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Travel Itinerary Management: Collaborate with our travel advisors to create detailed itineraries for clients, including flights, accommodations, activities, and transportation.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and consultations with clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring optimal timing and efficiency.
- Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns related to scheduling and itinerary details.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with hotels, airlines, tour operators, and other vendors to confirm bookings, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure all arrangements align with client preferences.
- Calendar Management: Maintain accurate calendars for travel advisors and executives, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Organize and maintain comprehensive records of travel itineraries, appointments, and communications, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality as required.
