We have a small winery seeking an HR Consultant to support a maternity leave.
This position would start in Mid-July and go through Dec 2024.
Must be able to be onsite on their Los Gatos property 4-5 days a week
Pay is max at $40/hr (Ideally the budget is $35/hr for the client but they can stretch it for the right person)
Position will be supporting an office of around 50-60 employees and doing all the tactical pieces of HR (similar to an HR Generalist level)
Following skills are required in order to be considered for the position:
Recruiting/Hiring/Onboarding
Employee Relations and Investigation Exp.
Workers Comp and Workplace Accommodations
Year end compliance (ACA, min wage, OSHA 300, etc)
Safety/OSHA idea
Benefits, Open enrollment

Adhoc projects

Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive HR experience
Familiar with Paycom/ATS (ideal)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
PHR/SPHR Certification preferred
Experience processing payroll for up to 100 employees using ADP or similar system
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
