Product Marketing Expert Position:

  • Lead product positioning, packaging, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to drive business growth and establish SpotlightXR as a pioneering market leader.
  • Collaborate across product, sales, and marketing teams to define, create, and execute Go-to-Market strategies with a focus on developing value-based messaging for target audiences.
  • Translate technology and services into customer-driven value to set SpotlightXR apart in a competitive marketplace.

Reporting Relationship:

  • This role will report to the President of SpotlightXR with a dotted line relationship to XR's VP of Product Marketing.

Location:

  • New York preferred with Burbank, CA as an alternate option.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Champion: Collaborate with various teams to develop product packaging, positioning, and successful go-to-market plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Customer Focus: Define market trends impacting customers and ensure customer voice is represented in messaging and product strategy.
  • Market/Brand Positioning: Align SpotlightXR within the larger XR brand to effectively communicate across industries.
  • Competitor Intelligence: Stay informed on the competitive landscape to support SpotlightXR's leadership position.
  • Product Messaging: Understand customer profiles to translate products into customer value effectively.
  • Sales Enablement: Identify and create sales tools and training to support products and services.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to develop content supporting sales and brand awareness.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in product marketing and content creation strategies.
  • Experience in driving company revenue through strategic partnerships.
  • History of designing and executing effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Background in enterprise software, human capital, or SaaS product marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to operate in dynamic environments.
  • Experience in graphic design tools like PowerPoint, Keynote, Prezi, and Photoshop.
