Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive sales and new business development for GreenSlate. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating new opportunities through research, networking, and marketing efforts, as well as leveraging existing company relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute on the GreenSlate sales playbook to drive new business, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Travel up to 30% of the time to nurture leads in the Los Angeles and New York markets
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to foster relationships
  • Understand prospect needs to effectively communicate the value proposition of GreenSlate's solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to adjust strategies
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and consultative sales techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and satisfaction
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in middle-market software sales
  • Proven experience executing sales playbooks and utilizing sales tools to facilitate efficient sales
  • Los Angeles, CA market preferred
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
