Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and send customer invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging report and pursue overdue payments.
  • Resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries by communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Process customer payments using different methods such as checks, credit cards, and ACH.
  • Ensure precise reconciliation and application of payments on customer accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address billing issues and enhance collections processes.
  • Prepare and analyze reports including accounts receivable aging and other financial documents.
  • Support month-end closing activities by conducting account reconciliations and journal entries.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Preference for a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar finance roles, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle would be advantageous.
