Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and send customer invoices accurately and promptly.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging report and pursue overdue payments.
- Resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries by communicating with customers through various channels.
- Process customer payments using different methods such as checks, credit cards, and ACH.
- Ensure precise reconciliation and application of payments on customer accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address billing issues and enhance collections processes.
- Prepare and analyze reports including accounts receivable aging and other financial documents.
- Support month-end closing activities by conducting account reconciliations and journal entries.
Desired Qualifications:
- Preference for a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar finance roles, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle would be advantageous.
