  • Convert leads to paying customers and drive revenue generation.
  • Acquire leads and new accounts through various channels.
  • Schedule appointments and conduct client calls effectively.
  • Demonstrate ability to meet revenue targets consistently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on simplifying complex information.
  • Existing client database is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Experience in business development and sales from staffing industry.
- Travel readiness at 80%.
- Familiarity with MSP environment.
- Proficient in vendor vetting processes and capability sourcing.
- Capability to secure client projects and manage relationships.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and software tools.
- Ability to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.

Additional Requirements:
- Availability to work between 9pm to 6am IST (PST time zone).
- Must have a personal laptop and reliable internet connection.
