- Oversee the implementation of EHS programs, assessing their effectiveness and recommending improvements.
- Lead incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are taken to prevent recurrence.
- Provide EHS expertise for new projects and change management processes.
- Design and deliver training programs on EHS policies and procedures for employees.
- Manage industrial hygiene sampling strategies and results.
- Act as the primary contact for incidents involving hazardous materials.
- Engage with community safety groups and represent the organization in safety initiatives.
- Mentor the Safety Committee, ensuring effective communication of action plans.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in industries such as chemical, semiconductor, or wastewater treatment.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
