This position develops the vision and strategies while managing the implementation of global security policy, guidelines, and procedures in collaboration with IS leaders and stakeholders.

The Executive Director, Cybersecurity collaborates across the enterprise with senior leaders to balance security, confidentiality, and technical integrity of business objectives.


Exciting Opportunities:
  • Lead a team that ensures the protection of information/data, computer systems and Point of Sales systems to ensure components meet security and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and coach the associates to elevate their performance to meet the company's growth goals.
  • Responsible for the long-term vision and strategy of cybersecurity, taking into account the changing technical, regulatory, and business objectives.
  • Manage the development and implementation of global security policy, guidelines, and procedures to ensure ongoing maintenance of security through collaboration with IS leaders and stakeholders.
  • Work with the inter- and intra-teams, internal business partners, and vendors to ensure and maintain regulatory compliance and system integrity.
  • Work with a team to implement, configure, and document new security systems, such as firewalls, intrusion detection, intrusion prevention systems, and security information.
  • Develop programs and plans to ensure governance, risk, and compliance management programs meet business needs and are delivered successfully.
  • Provide strategic risk guidance for technical initiatives.
  • Establish appropriate metrics and indicators leading to effective management of the Cybersecurity initiatives and team effectiveness.

Your Background and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum twelve years of IT governance or security-related experience, with increasing management responsibility
  • CISSP, CISM, or CISA required
  • ITIL certification preferred
  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position
