Overview

The Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager 3 is expected to demonstrate proficiency in establishing requirements, adhering to timelines, formulating and executing project strategies, and meeting critical deadlines. This role requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey intricate concepts and information to diverse audiences and organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Operations Oversight: Ensuring seamless and efficient functioning of all operational processes.
  • Process Enhancement: Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to boost operational efficiency.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Partnering with various departments to create business process models and performance indicators.
  • Comprehensive Documentation: Generating detailed reports on process efficiency and maintaining thorough process documentation.
  • Strategic Alignment and Risk Assessment: Aligning operational activities with the organization’s strategic objectives and establishing deadlines for actions.
  • Client Engagement: Ensuring transparent communication with clients and stakeholders, providing timely updates, and addressing inquiries.
  • Quality Assurance: Implementing quality control measures to guarantee that deliverables meet established standards.
  • Issue Resolution and Maintenance: Addressing and resolving challenges that arise during project execution.

Required Qualifications

Essential Technical Skills:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience managing large-scale projects and utilizing relevant management tools and methodologies.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities to articulate program objectives, updates, and challenges to stakeholders and team members.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to create and maintain an organized framework for managing multiple projects effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing complex systems and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Conflict Management: Capability to mediate disputes among team members and stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Expertise in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks associated with the program.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Competence in addressing and resolving issues that arise throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Adaptability: Ability to respond to changes and unforeseen challenges within the program environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
  • SAFe certification is a plus.

Salary Information

The salary range for this position is between $88,000 and $110,000, with the starting salary being commensurate with skills, education, experience, and the working environment.

Work Environment: This position operates within a professional office setting and utilizes standard office equipment, including computers and telephones.
