Position Overview:

The Cybersecurity Project Management Specialist is expected to demonstrate proficiency in developing project requirements, adhering to timelines, and executing project plans effectively. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling them to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.


Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:
Ensure that all operational activities are conducted smoothly and efficiently.

Documentation Management:

Client Engagement:
Foster open communication with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing inquiries.

Proactively address and resolve challenges that arise during project execution.

Qualifications:

Essential Technical Skills:

A minimum of five (5) years of experience managing large-scale projects, utilizing relevant management tools and methodologies.


Communication Proficiency:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate program objectives, updates, and challenges to stakeholders and team members.

Organizational Skills:
Ability to create and maintain an organized framework for managing multiple projects effectively.

Analytical Thinking:
Capability to analyze complex systems and identify opportunities for process enhancement.

Conflict Management:
Skill in resolving disputes among team members and stakeholders.

Risk Assessment:
Expertise in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks associated with the program.

Problem-Solving Skills:
Proficient in addressing and resolving issues that arise throughout the program lifecycle.

Preferred Skills:
