  • Commercial Excellence: Implement and champion initiatives for commercial excellence, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Change Leadership: Drive change projects, collaborating with operational teams to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Performance Evaluation: Define key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate the efficacy of commercial undertakings, reporting findings to senior management.
