Responsibilities
  • Selling concrete supplies
  • Providing order processing services.
  • Knowledge of all products, features and benefits
  • Strong working knowledge of computer systems
  • Maintain a clean and "friendly" in-store display and merchandise sales area
  • Present merchandise to customers with professional selling techniques
  • Operate as a facilitator for customers in finding what they need
  • Maintain excellent customer relations at all times
  • Operate within all policies and procedures of the company
  • Potentially loading heavy items for customers
  • Stocking and pricing items on the sales floor
Qualifications
  • Bilingual is Spanish and English is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience in retail outlet or supply store.
  • Spanish-language fluency a plus
  • Retail sales experience a plus
  • Rental sales experience a plus
  • Concrete experience a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Degree preferred.
  • Full time position with overtime potential
