Sales Support Specialist - West Force Division

The Sales Support Specialist collaborates with clients to identify their needs, craft tailored solutions, and facilitate a seamless sales experience.

On a daily basis, our

Sales Support Specialist:

  • Builds rapport with clients by assisting both in-person and over the phone,
representing the organization with professionalism.

  • Efficiently processes, retrieves, and distributes client products.
  • Addresses inquiries and resolves complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Accurately inputs sales orders to generate invoices for products
to be collected or shipped. Ensures payment is secured with appropriate funds or
obtains credit approval in line with company policies.

  • Assesses and determines the handling of warranty items at the service counter,
following the manufacturer's warranty guidelines and customer requirements.

  • Estimates delivery timelines for clients, based on knowledge of vendor production and
shipping schedules.

  • Assists with receiving, shipping, and general warehouse operations.
Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant inside sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift 100 pounds using a dolly.
  • Strong presence at the counter and the capability to interact directly with clients for a significant
part of the day.

  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing inventory, product distribution
and client concerns.

  • Familiarity with related product lines such as pool supplies, components, chemicals, or pool
construction is advantageous.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
