As a team member of this new hotel, you will have the extraordinary opportunity to shape the guest experience from the ground up.

This flagship hotel features a modern design, 188 spacious suites, amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, over 7,500 square feet of meeting and event space and a 2,500 square foot rooftop restaurant and bar and is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues.

The Role:
As a


Maintenance Engineer , you're not just fixing things – you're the unsung hero behind the scenes, ensuring our guests experience comfort and safety without a hitch.


What You'll Do:
Maintain the mechanical and electrical systems that keep the hotel running smoothly.
Respond promptly to guest requests and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure everything is in working order.
Collaborate with the engineering team to tackle larger projects and improvements.
Keep an eagle eye on safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all.
Assist in coordinating with external contractors when needed.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.

1-3 years' experience in engineering, maintenance, or a related field.
