About the Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Engineer to oversee the maintenance of our facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building systems, customer service, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests and staff
  • Prioritize safety and compliance with industry standards
  • Cultivate a strong company culture and promote effective communication and teamwork
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues promptly and professionally
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:

  • Certification in pool maintenance or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of experience in commercial maintenance, preferably in a similar environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot and communicate with vendors
  • Knowledge of power tools and mechanical systems
  • Physical ability to lift and move objects up to 75 lbs
  • Experience working in outdoor and mountain landscapes

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Physical agility to perform various tasks
  • Visual and auditory acuity
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Work in a moderately noisy environment

Compensation:

Starting salary: $18 per hour (based on experience). Full-time employees receive benefits and paid time off.
