Compensation:$22 - $25 hourly
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain open communication with colleagues, supervisors, and various departments.
- Oversee all hotel equipment and implement preventative maintenance strategies.
- Follow all safety regulations and engineering protocols.
- Collaborate with fellow technicians and engineers on diverse maintenance tasks.
- Utilize various tools such as wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment.
- Work with your team to maintain the grounds and effectively manage outside contractors.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and planning for the Maintenance Department.
- Develop and uphold preventative maintenance schedules.
- Engage in project-based infrastructure enhancements.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Proficient in computer software, particularly facilities management applications.
- A high school diploma or equivalent GED is mandatory.
- Experience in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and grounds maintenance is necessary.
- Experience with hot tub maintenance is preferred.
