Job Description


The Preschool Ministry Director will lead and oversee the Preschool Ministry (ages birth-Kindergarten) including Life Groups, Wednesday Nights, Vacation Bible School, other Special Events and paid staff.

Partner with parents to provide resources and events to equip them for their Biblical responsibility of shepherding their preschooler. Talk with and assist all preschoolers and their parents in the understanding of salvation and baptism. Responsible for the evaluating, reviewing, and purchasing curriculum for the Preschool Ministry. Oversee and responsible for preparing the department's annual budget. Reports to meetings as requested by Supervisor.
