  • Facilitate daily physical activities to promote gross motor skills.

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Center Director.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Frequent standing, bending, and active engagement with children.
  • Maintain a structured classroom schedule to meet state compliance ratios.
  • Commitment to a full shift schedule, typically lasting 8 hours with breaks.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in early childhood education, relevant credentials, or formal education in a related field.
  • Successful completion of background checks, First Aid/CPR training, and other required certifications.
