Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Preschool Director to develop and implement daily lesson plans and activities that align with our curriculum goals.
  • Design and deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Establish a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Monitor and manage classroom behavior, using positive guidance and discipline techniques to ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and supportive community.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including tuition collection and processing, to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
  • Current certification in CPR is required.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and remain on feet for extended periods.

Compensation:

$10 - $12 per hour
