We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced School Director to lead our school program and shape the educational experience for our students.

Job Description:

  • Lead the school program in delivering transdisciplinary educational services with therapeutic approaches.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, team members, and students to ensure a meaningful education for each student.
  • Manage staffing, program development, training, and strategic evolution.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • License in Special Education.
  • Specialized training and experience working with autism and neurodivergence.
  • Knowledge of IEP creation and implementation.
  • Three years of experience in special education.
  • Effective leadership and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in written communication, public speaking, and computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and pass a background check.
