This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, driving business objectives and enhancing operational efficiency within the agency.

General Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Global Client Lead on SOW Management and compliance, including overseeing staff management.
- Enhance processes to maintain data integrity and implement them agency-wide.
- Drive automation efforts by serving as the primary point of contact for developing and implementing automated solutions.
- Establish metrics and methodologies for tracking productivity enhancements, such as hours, errors, and delivery timelines.
- Work closely with the technology team to identify infrastructure needs for timely and accurate reporting.
- Foster collaboration across different agency departments and levels, including Strategy Planning, Investment Activation, Analytics, Finance, and Legal.
- Act as the central point of contact for contract governance and compliance matters.
- Create and execute the account playbook to effectively translate the client's Scope of Work for the team.
- Offer innovative ideas and solutions to enhance existing processes and address pain points.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and implement best practices, enhancements, and tools.
- Manage client finances, including forecasts, budgets, and investments, ensuring alignment on key financial responsibilities.

Spearhead reporting for clients:
- Develop monthly budget trackers, flowcharts, and conduct audits.
- Collaborate with client finance to address any outstanding payments.
- Project-manage Quarterly Business Review (QBR) deliverables and assist in creating charts and slides for client presentations.

- Mentor and develop team members by providing coaching, training, and identifying growth opportunities to achieve departmental and professional goals in areas such as best practices, prioritization, and accuracy.
