Warranty Claim Specialist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update, and maintain detailed reports to accurately communicate field quality status.
  • Respond promptly to data requests from supporting departments to expedite quality improvement activities.
  • Inform responsible Improvement Specialist & AM of emerging quality issues based on detailed warranty claim analysis.
  • Coordinate and update improvement database to document improvement activities and current status of quality issues.
  • Manage Safety Quality-Voice of Customer (SQ-VOC) performance, including department training and regular status updates to management.
  • Analyze field claim data & recall/campaign issues and take necessary actions.
  • Generate Early Warning Reports (EWR) for launched models to report and share with our Valued Client.
  • Meet all other requirements as assigned.
Qualifications & Preferences for Warranty Claim Specialist

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Engineering Science, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred.

Preferred:

  • 05 years of jobrelated experience preferred.
  • 1–3 years jobrelated experience in the automotive industry desired.

Travel Requirement:
Domestic / International travel may be required.
