The Quality Assurance Campaign Operation Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of quality engineering processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Reporting: Develop and manage campaign report approvals based on insights from the QA Improvement Team.
- Campaign Registration: Log campaigns into the Global Warranty Management System (GWMS) efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Improvement team, distributors, suppliers, and other stakeholders regarding campaign-related activities throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Safety Monitoring: Keep track of safety issues related to competitors and Hyundai/Kia vehicles, sharing insights on electric vehicle safety trends.
- Master File Maintenance: Oversee the campaign master file and initiate requests for the closure or extension of campaigns that are nearing budget limits.
- Quality Compliance: Implement quality initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Policy Management: Update and maintain the Warranty Policy and Procedure manual along with Warranty and Service agreements.
- System Administration: Ensure adherence to all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) protocols.
- Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Additional Duties: Fulfill any other responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- 0-5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in the automotive sector is desirable.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally may be necessary.
