Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily patient billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections.
  • Refine workflows to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
  • Ensure compliance with established SLAs and maintain service quality.
  • Address and resolve operational issues, optimizing productivity.
Client Support and Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary contact for patient billing inquiries and concerns from clients.
  • Ensure that patient billing services align with client objectives, addressing specific challenges and goals.
  • Collaborate with client-facing teams to resolve any patient billing issues and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide support for escalations, ensuring timely resolution and a high level of customer service.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient billing, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide detailed reports on service performance, including accuracy, turnaround times, and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize the CRM system to track client interactions and enhance client relationships.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by suggesting enhancements to processes and workflows based on data analysis.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in product management or operations, within dental revenue cycle management; specific to patient billing, accounts receivables.
  • Strong knowledge of dental patient billing and collections processes.
  • Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and suggest process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant tools.
  • Experience with practice management software such as Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or Curve is a plus.
