Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily patient billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections.
- Refine workflows to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
- Ensure compliance with established SLAs and maintain service quality.
- Address and resolve operational issues, optimizing productivity.
- Serve as the primary contact for patient billing inquiries and concerns from clients.
- Ensure that patient billing services align with client objectives, addressing specific challenges and goals.
- Collaborate with client-facing teams to resolve any patient billing issues and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide support for escalations, ensuring timely resolution and a high level of customer service.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient billing, identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide detailed reports on service performance, including accuracy, turnaround times, and client satisfaction.
- Utilize the CRM system to track client interactions and enhance client relationships.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by suggesting enhancements to processes and workflows based on data analysis.
- 2+ years of experience in product management or operations, within dental revenue cycle management; specific to patient billing, accounts receivables.
- Strong knowledge of dental patient billing and collections processes.
- Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and suggest process improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant tools.
- Experience with practice management software such as Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or Curve is a plus.
- $55,000 + salary commensurate with experience
