ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the analysis and reporting functions for multiple product lines within a healthcare business office.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into strategies for your team.
- Proactively work with your team to enhance data retrieval and analysis processes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure team success.
- Support vendor invoice validation and payment processes.
- Deliver vendor performance and SLA reporting.
- Participate in audits to ensure vendor compliance.
- Assist in performance analysis and reporting.
- Track SLA reporting and assess vendor performance.
- Assist with vendor management training.
- Prepare for governance meetings and enhance associated reporting.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, IS, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Healthcare experience is a plus.
- Experience in Healthcare Vendor Management is preferred.
