Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a medical office
  • Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience as a personal assistant or in a clerical role is a plus
  • Familiarity with receptionist duties is advantageous

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
