We are in search of a Part-time Office Coordinator for our facility. The working hours are from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM, Tuesday through Friday.

Position Overview:

The Office Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the daily operations of the clinic. This essential position involves welcoming patients, collaborating with clinic personnel, handling billing functions, reception duties, managing office equipment, maintaining supply inventory, and assisting the Program Director with significant projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception duties including answering phones and greeting patients and visitors.
  • Ensure that self-pay patients are making weekly payments and work with the Program Director to facilitate payment plans for those who are overdue.
  • Verify initial patient eligibility.
  • Schedule admissions.
  • Screen potential patients for eligibility.
  • Process dual enrollment documentation.
  • Monitor and distribute incoming faxes.
  • Support the director with special initiatives.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with Federal and State regulations.


Compensation details: $19-$20 Hourly Wage
