We are currently seeking part-time Event Facility Coordinators to join our team. This role will report to the General Manager and will be instrumental in coordinating events and serving as the primary contact for facility operations. Flexible scheduling is available, with an expectation of 10-15 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with external organizations and group representatives to ensure the successful execution of events alongside the General Manager.
  • Support marketing efforts through website and social media platforms in accordance with AEG guidelines.
  • Assist in managing in-house leagues in partnership with the General Manager.
  • Maintain an organized schedule for groups utilizing the facility.
  • Perform front desk duties as assigned by the General Manager.
  • Act as the main point of contact for external organizations during scheduled events.
  • Exhibit outstanding customer service skills.
  • Demonstrate energy, approachability, and professionalism.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with external parties.
  • Show strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Be available for on-call shifts during weekends, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Be capable of lifting objects and setting up for events prior to their scheduled times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and facility.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic web management is advantageous.
