Job Title: Client Specialist at HigherRing

Role Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with clients in various industries such as CPG/eCommerce, IoT, wellness, education, travel/tourism, and clean energy sectors
  • Perform tasks ranging from customer service to project-specific activities
  • Collaborate with clients both independently and as part of a team
  • Foster a positive and proactive environment focused on delivering creative solutions and enhancing client business
