If you're passionate about helping people and their furry friends, then we're eager to meet you Our doors are open 6 days a week, with business hours from Monday to Friday, 8AM-6PM, and Saturdays from 8AM-3PM. We take Sundays off to recharge.

As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative is key to shaping the practice by establishing and nurturing trust and confidence with our clients.

The CSR plays a vital role in the hospital's daily operations and is responsible for:

  • Greeting visitors, answering phones, and escorting clients and their pets to exam rooms.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments.
  • Placing follow-up calls and reaching out to potential clients.
  • Explaining fees, managing payments.
  • Assisting clients in acquiring products and services, including prescriptions.
  • Addressing queries about products and services, offering guidance on general pet care and non-medical advice.
  • Managing medical records, reports, and correspondence.
  • Ensuring the hospital is clean and well-maintained, including removing waste from the lobby area.
