At Clean Earth Holdings, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative II to join our team. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for coordinating waste disposal needs with our clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain accurate client account records
  • Prepare and review orders for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate the scheduling of client account execution
  • Provide order management, including order preparation, monitoring, and reviewing
  • Assist with collections and ensure accurate pricing and invoicing
  • Prepare client profiles and gather information for reporting and presentations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Arts, or Business
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Ariba, or Coupa systems
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
