We are seeking a reliable and friendly Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a key member of our Front Desk team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting them warmly and checking them in to the hospital.
Responsibilities:- Greet clients with a friendly demeanor and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assess patients at arrival and determine the appropriate level of care needed for each pet.
- Discuss clinic fees and payment options with clients.
- Answer client questions regarding clinic services and pet care.
- Communicate with veterinary technicians and veterinarians regarding patients' status.
- Maintain client information and medical records in an accurate and organized manner.
- Prior experience in customer service or veterinary setting preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
- Detail-oriented and able to accurately manage and prioritize tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards pets and their owners.
Our Client Services team operates 7 days a week, and we are seeking someone with flexible availability.
Benefits:- Hourly pay range: $26.00 depending on experience.
- Night differential paid for any hours worked within 6pm-6am.
- Monday-Thursday: $3/hr.
- Friday-Sunday: $5/hr.
