MEMBERS ONLY is currently seeking a Vice President of Quality Control to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a critical role in overseeing Quality Control teams at our Torrance and Vista sites, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical manufacturing standards and business objectives.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and develop Quality Control teams
  • Ensure laboratory operations align with business objectives
  • Guarantee compliance with pharmaceutical regulations
  • Contribute to financial performance and budgeting activities
  • Guide directors and managers to meet business needs
  • Identify and cultivate high-potential talents
  • Ensure readiness to support business growth
  • Provide leadership in analytical science and technology
  • Stay updated on industry developments
  • Optimize processes between sites
  • Represent MEMBERS ONLY at conferences and visits

Your Profile:

  • Ph.D. or Master's degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 10 years of industry experience with managerial background
  • Knowledge of GMP and FDA regulations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented and proactive

Preferred:

  • Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry
  • Experience in a CMO
  • Technical expertise in drug substance analysis
