Position Overview: Data entry and management of work orders within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), scheduling various maintenance tasks, reviewing and prioritizing work orders.

Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming work orders and allocate them to the appropriate technicians
  • Interpret technician feedback to move work orders forward
  • Verify and maintain accuracy of work order information
  • Create schedules for maintenance crews and balance workload
  • Prioritize maintenance requests based on client needs
  • Facilitate planning and scheduling meetings
  • Generate reports on work order status
  • Ensure timely completion of work orders
  • Coordinate emergency work requests
  • Act as the primary contact for work requests

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree in facilities management or related field preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with a CMMS system
  • Prior scheduling experience
  • Understanding of facilities maintenance
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage work independently
  • Professionalism and ability to work under pressure

Location: On-site in Dallas Fort Worth, TX
