We expect polished language skills, both in person, over the phone and through email. This is a part time position that can lead into full time.

**Full Job Description:**

At ESB Elite Styles and Beauty we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join the expanding team. This individual should have at least 1-2 years of Front Receptionist experience, and/or a minimum of 1 year work experience in a Spa setting is a Plus

**Desired:**

Possesses strong oral, written and interpersonal communications skills.

Professional appearance, punctual, reliable.

Hard-working, effective multi-tasker, team-player.

Accommodating, problem-solver.

Great at sales, management of daily operational flow.

Experience with MS Word, Apple IOS Software is a Plus

Duties involved:

Checking patients in and out.

Managing inventory.

Scheduling patients and clients for various appointments.

Maintaining a clean and well-stocked environment for patients.

Ensuring an impactful, enjoyable, and preparing efficient visit for each patient.

Confirming appointments via email and phone calls.

Managing the schedule and flow of the office.

Being the 'face' and 'voice' of the practice.
