Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Services Professional to join our team at Laurel Park Place. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check in and out clients, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of transactions
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and well-stocked environment
  • Schedule appointments and clients for various services
  • Confirm appointments via email and phone calls
  • Manage the schedule and flow of the office
  • Be the 'face' and 'voice' of the practice, providing exceptional customer service and support
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of front desk experience, preferably in a spa or customer service setting
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability
  • Hard-working, effective multi-tasker, and team-player
  • Accommodating, problem-solver, and great at sales and management of daily operational flow
  • Experience with MS Word and Apple IOS Software is a plus
