RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
    • Reports any potential product issues to supervisors or team leads.
    • Follows the Non-Conforming material procedures.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

To thrive in this role, you need to be able to handle all your responsibilities effectively with or without support. Take a look at the qualifications below:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

A High School Diploma or GED is preferred. It would be great if you have experience in industrial sewing.

Alternatively, a combination of education and experience that aligns with the role would be considered.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

You should be able to communicate well with managers, coworkers, customers, and the public.

REASONING ABILITY

You need to be able to follow instructions and handle common situations with ease. Some adaptability might be necessary.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

As part of the job, you'll need to be somewhat mobile and be able to use your hands and arms in various situations.

The ability to move different weights depending on the task is essential, along with sitting, standing, and moving materials along a production line.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

You might be working around machinery, in humid conditions, or dealing with some noise. Make sure this environment suits you
