Key Responsibilities:
- Mitigate financial risk by effectively resolving overdue client balances.
- Deliver high-quality service to both branches and clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
- Handle inbound calls to address overdue accounts and achieve daily collection targets.
- Proactively contact clients to resolve outstanding receivables based on assessed risk.
- Make informed decisions regarding account status, adhering to established policies to minimize risk.
- Investigate returned EFT transactions to recover funds owed by clients.
- Assess high-risk accounts for potential escalation to internal collection agencies.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve client issues and facilitate timely collections.
- Meet daily call volume requirements as per the provided forecasts.
