How I will contribute

Join us as an Account Manager in our Sales team, where your role involves cultivating relationships with current clients to explore how Asure's solutions can optimize their workplace for present and future workforce needs. You will be adept at prospecting, creating client profiles, and driving sales engagements. These engagements will require conducting discovery calls, collaborating with internal Subject Matter Experts, and leveraging additional sales resources to secure new business.

This is a remote opportunity, however, candidates must reside in specific states: California, Florida, Vermont, Tennessee, Texas, New York, North Carolina, Arizona, Alabama, Colorado, Georgia, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina.

Responsibilities include:

  • Profile clients and key contacts.
  • Create Client Opportunity Profiles to identify needs and buying cycles.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Develop a profound understanding of client requirements.
  • Spot opportunities within client accounts to expand Asure's offerings.
  • Deliver impactful presentations showcasing additional value to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal Subject Matter Experts to align solutions with client needs.
  • Utilize virtual sales tools effectively for demonstrating Asure solutions.
  • Create and present proposals highlighting the value of Asure's solutions.
  • Negotiate agreements beneficial for both Asure and clients.
  • Manage client group and new opportunities to meet or exceed targets.
  • Utilize tools for tracking transactions and reporting to management.

What I will bring

  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in selling SaaS solutions.
  • Prior experience in selling HCM and HR Software solutions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple engagements effectively.
  • Excellent relationship-building and client service capabilities.
  • Proactive and team-oriented sales approach.
  • Proficiency in virtual sales tools like GoToMeeting, Webex, etc.
  • Strong communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Consistent track record of goal achievement.
