## Senior GRC Analyst Position

**Location:** San Jose, CA - Hybrid role
**Duration:** 6 Months Contract

Reporting to the Director Information Security, Governance, Risk, and Compliance, the Senior GRC Analyst will play a key role in the development and operational execution of security programs. Responsibilities include risk management and compliance with standards such as ISO27001 and EU GDPR.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide leadership in Cybersecurity Risk Management
- Support various GRC capabilities like compliance and audit management, policy management, and security awareness training
- Conduct risk assessments to address security threats and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with different teams to develop treatment plans and drive remediation items
- Monitor security risk profiles and events of suppliers

**Accountable for:**

- Leveraging defined risk methodologies for IT/Security assessments
- Driving remediation activities and overseeing security audit and compliance programs
- Establishing metrics and reporting functions for security, risk, and compliance

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum 7 years of experience in governance, risk and compliance
- Functional knowledge of CISSP security domains and information security best practices
- Understanding of applicable security regulatory and compliance requirements
- Ability to communicate risk methodologies to business and IT teams
- Strong project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Self-starter with the ability to lead program areas and cross-functional teams effectively
