JOB SUMMARY:


The Communications Manager creates internal and external messages, aligning with business goals, enhancing visibility, and promoting the company's values and brand identity.


YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Lead the development, execution, and evaluation of internal and external communication strategies aligned with business goals.

Seeks new methods and creative strategies to increase internal and external awareness of key events and changes in the organization including the launch of new products, special events, rewards and recognition initiatives, and other topics of interest.

Collect achievements and key metrics from different departments and transform them into engaging narratives for sharing both internally and externally on the company's online and internal channels.

Develop and oversee the editorial calendar.

Create, design, develop, and distribute compelling and impactful content and initiatives to engage and inform our audiences effectively, while upholding brand consistency.

Tasks may include creating and publishing company newsletters, calendars, blogs and Intranet posts, and moderate company meetings.
Set and track essential performance metrics to gauge reach and impact, pinpointing successful areas and opportunities for growth.

Offer guidance and communication resources to senior managers in partnership with Human Resources for leadership initiatives, change management, and team events.

Enhance the intranet platform to engage and empower our staff through meaningful content.

Collaborate with the Marketing department to boost and safeguard Certus Pest's reputation in alignment with the company's strategy and amplify brand visibility on social media platforms.

Monitor the efficiency of both intranet and online campaigns, enhancing them as necessary.
Offer consistent updates and distribute reports on the progress and influence of activities.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE MOST SUCCESSFUL:


Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public relations, Marketing, or related field, or minimum of seven years of proven experience in leading communications and providing recommendations to senior leaders.

Exceptional communication skills across various mediums.
Ability to think creatively.
Strong copywriting skills and the capacity to create engaging and tailored content for diverse styles and channels.
Skilled in strategizing, overseeing, monitoring, and evaluating communication strategies to keep stakeholders involved.
Impressive influencing and presentation abilities.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
Proficient in software and digital platforms.
Vast experience in handling intricate and delicate matters, proactively and reactively, with poise and professionalism even in high-pressure situations.
Meticulous attention to detail, with a track record of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal skills, fast learner, highly motivated, and well-organized.
