Position Summary:

The Community Services Supervisor works under the direction of the General Manager, primarily tasked with facilitating the smooth operation of the property. Key responsibilities include managing rent collection and property accounting, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering strong resident relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the resident management system, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
  • Build and sustain effective partnerships with vendors and contractors
  • Ensure prompt processing of invoices and adherence to delinquency procedures
  • Engage in the daily management of property operations
  • Oversee the collection and posting of rent, and address issues related to overdue payments
  • Assist with invoice processing and payments as required
  • Support leasing activities, lease finalization, and resident engagement initiatives
  • Facilitate follow-ups with maintenance requests
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of office software and company protocols
  • Help resolve resident disputes effectively

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred; a high school diploma is mandatory
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in roles within a residential rental community or hospitality sector is desirable
  • Demonstrated expertise in property management operations and leadership
  • Strong financial acumen, organizational capabilities, analytical skills, and decision-making proficiency
  • Proficient in internet applications, Microsoft Office, word processing, and spreadsheet software
  • Basic understanding of social media and online engagement
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a commitment to service excellence
