The hourly base pay rate is $23.75/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the repair and enhancement of vehicle exteriors. Your duties will include:
  • Conducting repairs on automotive bodywork, including exterior plastic and composite components.
  • Performing inspections to assess vehicle integrity.
  • Documenting imperfections and formulating action plans for vehicle restoration.
  • Executing surface refinishing tasks, which involve preparation, application, and maintenance of surface coatings.
  • Handling cleaning and minor repairs, including the removal of residues and repairing damaged panels.
  • Completing necessary work order documentation accurately.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You should also meet the following qualifications:

Required:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in body repair or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle conditioning, surface refinishing, and repair techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with quality management practices.
  • Excellent time management capabilities.
  • Ability to balance daily operational tasks with project work.
Preferred:
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • ASE certification.
  • Experience within the automotive sector.
