Position Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain precise client data to offer daily client assistance and handle intermediate-level client queries.
  • Manage files with accurate records following company protocols to achieve favorable audit outcomes.
  • Scrutinize all premium audits per agency procedures, prioritizing timely processing.
  • Review accounts receivable reports for all designated accounts to bolster client retention.
  • Utilize technical expertise to ensure timely receipt of carrier quotes; scrutinize quotes for discrepancies and assist with carrier inquiries.
  • Participate in training sessions and pursue self-directed learning to continuously enhance industry and technical proficiency.
  • Aid in fostering robust business relationships with relevant insurance carrier personnel, acknowledging and fulfilling carrier objectives to strengthen partnerships.
Job Requirements
  • 4+ years experience servicing small business accounts
  • Property and Casualty license
  • Experience with AMS360
