Who You Are

The Manager/Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing will support the development of a late-stage commercial asset, Acoramadis, for ATTR-cardiomyopathy. Reporting to the Director, Digital Marketing, the role will guide campaign development and support the tactical execution of marketing efforts across digital channels with a specialized focus on paid search and social. This person will work with agency partners to ensure paid search and social campaigns are delivering on established goals, meeting benchmarks, and advising on optimizations. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in connecting touch points across an integrated marketing campaign, understand the impact of each channel, and have experience in creating the right mix. This person will work closely with HCP and Patient brand teams, Analytics, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and recommend Paid Search and Social strategies for Acoramidis
  • Understand and build out audience segmentation strategies based on brand messaging
  • Craft social channel strategies inclusive of content needs to support product adoption
  • Develop and manage all social tactics for patients, caregivers, physicians
  • Manage agency relationships for all Search and Social work
  • Set campaign goals and track KPIs alongside agency partners and analytics team
  • Review reporting, understand data-based insights, communicate internal milestones and/or campaign optimizations accordingly
  • Stay current on industry issues that directly and indirectly affect these workstreams and the broader digital work

Education, Experience & Skills Requirements

  • 3+ years of digital experience within Pharma is required
  • 4+ years of SEM and Social strategy required
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful user-driven, data-based, digital marketing strategies
  • Successful launch experience in a competitive market is preferred
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
  • High level of comfort with, and ability to communicate about, data, reporting, and analytics
