Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Assistant Manager to join our Co-Op Media team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with campaign activation and channel strategy development for our US and Canada Single-Brand Co-Op programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee campaign activation with agency partners to ensure flawless execution
  • Help steward best-in-class program execution through strong attention to detail, including timeline management, budget management, and facilitating internal partner communication as well as agency collaboration
  • Oversee campaign creative hand-off and implementation, including copy and creative QA, mock approvals, and providing live notifications
  • Be a key resource for go-to market timelines with internal stakeholders
  • Participate in weekly status calls with agency partners and work collaboratively with manager to ensure optimal campaign performance
  • Oversee billing and invoicing process with Sephora Finance and agency partners
  • Assist with developing the channel mix strategy across Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest), Programmatic Display, Custom Content, and Affiliate

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid social and programmatic display
  • Working knowledge of Ad Ops (tracking, pixels, etc.) and measurement
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, work cooperatively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with a high degree of motivation, ability to meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects
  • Superior organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw conclusions and take action based on data
  • High proficiency in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
