Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our Digital Media Mid-Market team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the next phase of growth for our Mid-Market business segment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute key growth motions, leveraging customer insights to inform your strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end growth plans for the Mid-Market segment, leveraging customer insights and data-driven decision making.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to drive growth through targeted marketing campaigns, seller enablement, and propensity models.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations, optimize customer experience, and unlock new growth motions for the business.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities for growth and pilot new go-to-market motions to scale the business.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to develop and execute sales strategies, including opportunity sizing and target setting.
  • Drive ongoing business inspection and deep dives in quarterly business review meetings.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in product marketing or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive business outcomes.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and proven experience driving business impact in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills.
  • MBA or consulting experience a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $146,300 -- $246,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
