The Opportunity:


POSITION SUMMARY


The Business Optimization team focuses on enhancing operational efficiency to provide exceptional service to our clients. They work on streamlining processes, managing platforms for operational insights, and ensuring world-class operations in stores. Joining this team means impacting crucial areas of the business and contributing to making Sephora a preferred destination for our clients.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Be the expert on Sephora's customer insights platform
  • Lead operational projects autonomously
  • Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings
  • Analyze consumer behavior to drive decision-making
  • Develop and implement data collection methods for insights
  • Conduct store visits to improve operational efficiency
  • Build relationships with corporate and field partners
  • Consult on key initiatives for effective policy changes
  • Diagnose and address store operations challenges
  • Define project success criteria and lead cross-functional teams
  • Present findings to Executive-level audiences
